Site visits by our interior designer will be decided as per the requirement where and when required and forecasted by Plaanet Interiors management team.
The project would be executed on a turnkey basis with all the amenities and expenses inclusive of labour, material & transportation., note taxes are applicable as per government norms as per GST.
Point of contact would be only with two of the premium person in charge or the client himself directly or indirectly so the communication would be appropriate to understand each other, in order for the work to progress smoothly. The two persons names shall be given in writing by the two personals appointed by the client and their names will be entered in the agreement for future referrals.
The completions time will be mentioned before the work would be started as we strongly believe that a date set to handover always encourages us to do the forecasting accordingly and leave a good note at the end of handing over the completed project to the respected client.
The procedure & suggestions of progressing the work from time to time in a sequential way will be decided by Plaanet Interiors and if any changes made by some x worker Plaanet Interiors will not be responsible for the charges incurred will be charged extra to the client to correct the same.
No labour or manpower appointed by Plaanet Interiors will be entertained to complete the work without the concern of Plaanet Interiors and have the right to change them from time to time were ever and whenever required and no one is considered as a permanent person to complete the work under any circumstances because it is Plaanet Interiors responsibility to deliver the work as per the drawings and specifications & no any instruction of any local bios involvement wouldn’t be encouraged to involve in our work during the work in progress.
The sufficient power supply should be arranged by the client on the site for all the machinery used by Plaanet Interiors till the time the site is been handed over to the respected client and if there are any frequent power cuts during the day time when work is in progress and is exceeding for more than 2 to 6 hours then the completion time would be differed and it would be discussed mutually with the client for the completion of the site.
Cancellation of the work of further work or during the progress of the work or stopping or stoppage of work by the client in progress demanded by client would be considered as breach of contract and no refund would be made directly or indirectly to the client and in fact we shall complete the work as per the agreement within the stipulated time frame & schedule mentioned in the agreement and no thorough involvement of the third party would be entertained by Plaanet Interiors under any circumstances because we believe that we are capable of completing and executing the work as per the agreement.
Plaanet Interiors before starting the work will design 2D drawings and plan the sizes and dimensions which will be communicated to the client through an e-mail or in person and no changes will be entertained thereafter.
The colour combination would be decided mutually by Plaanet Interiors and the client or the persons reporting in charge and no further changes will entertain after the execution of the work by Plaanet Interiors.
Plaanet Interiors has the right to purchase the material required for completion of your site from any were in this country (India or abroad) without informing the client directly or indirectly without compromising with the quality of the material used at your site and we give a personal guarantee that we will provide with the best number 1 quality available in the industry available and involvement of the client or restricting for some shop or place will not be entertained.
Order confirmation Plaanet Interiors shall consider the confirmation of the order only through signing of the agreement along with the 50% advance payment only.
50% of the total bill amount should be released along with signing of the agreement to start the designing of the work.
30% of the total bill amount shall be made after the material reaches the site.
15% of the total bill amount shall be made after the frame work carcass and led lights with wiring.
Balance 5% of the total bill amount shall be made after the work completion along with the completion certificate issued by the client.
Completion of the project date will be decided mutually by both the client and interior designer.
